Everyone that’s born in this world has the right to be treated with respect and the differences should not be the reason for showing them any kind of sourness. The existence of everyone is precious and should not be demeaned because of their shortcomings. Everyone is facing a fight of their own, and no one has the right to judge them by just looking at the cover of their life.
The special children are called so because of the special care they need, they may be different from the normal kids but they have the same feeling of being wanted. Every kid needs attention and care, but because of the disability that these special kids are born with, some people give a sour expression whenever they see them or hear about them, which is unacceptable and should be stopped.
At Lotus Veda, we give the special care to these children that they deserve, and focus on creating an atmosphere where they can be themselves and won’t be judged by anyone.
We have special classrooms for disabled children, where they have the same facilities as the normal kids, but with different faculty that is specially trained to cater to the needs of these children. The trained and experienced paraeducators give unwavering attention to the kids’ needs and requirements with utmost patience and compassion. Appropriate strategies are formulated to make the learning process easier and more understandable. Their disabilities should not be the reason to hold them back, our faculty strives to give immense support to the kids so that their development is not hindered in any way and they reach a level that allows them to sit in the mainstream classes.
Lotus Veda endeavors to create a world, where the special children won’t face any kind of discrimination or mistreatment. Every child has something they are good at and through various activities and strategies, we try to bring out that specialty. Their innate talents can’t be overshadowed by disabilities and we make sure to discover them. We teach every kid at our school that “differences are beautiful and unique in their way and should be respected”.
